What is a typical day like for you?
I work closely with our Executive Director and Director of Development focusing on creating and maintaining our relationships with educators and donors alike through clear communications, outreach, and events.

Tell us about your background and what brought you to Primary Source.
I have had opportunities to study human rights in South Africa as well as harm-reduction policies in Ireland while interning at a homeless shelter in Dublin. These experiences solidified my belief that the interconnectedness of our world cannot be ignored; embracing different perspectives is critical to understanding and solving current issues. My passion for international relations and communications brought me to Primary Source where we bring the world, with its dynamic and multicultural heritage, into classrooms to inspire and expand the minds of future generations so they are prepared to be active global citizens.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?
Though I enjoy reading various different genres, mystery novels are my guilty pleasure. And when I’m not reading, you’ll find me chasing beautiful vistas in the great outdoors with my husband.

Where in the world would you most like to visit?
At the moment, Cappadocia, Turkey; I would love a chance to explore its ancient underground cities and fly over the fairy chimneys in an ostentatiously bright, patterned hot air balloon.
