In late 2021, Massachusetts signed into law a bill mandating that genocide education be taught throughout the Commonwealth. This legislation adds Massachusetts to a growing list of states that mandate genocide education. This roundtable conversation brings administrators and teachers together to discuss this law and its implications for practice. This session is an opportunity to raise questions and engage in constructive dialogue around genocide education and ways to ensure that it is taught with accuracy and sensitivity.
